Where can I download ArcticExile games?

TinyMerge is currently in closed testing on Google Play, with access limited to approved testers. No verified public or testing link has been provided for this website, so any link claiming to be official should be treated with caution.

What should I include in a support request?

Please include the game name, device model, Android version, game version, a description of the issue, and the steps that caused it. Screenshots can also help.

Can you help with purchases or refunds?

Contact us with non-sensitive purchase details and the game name. Refund eligibility and processing may depend on Google Play policies. Never email full payment-card information.

How do I report a bug?

Email support@arcticexile.com with the subject “Bug report” and include the steps needed to reproduce it.

How do I report a privacy concern?
